Our mission is to transform and elevate the teaching profession by seeking diverse, passionate, and talented individuals who want to make an impact on historically underserved students in the Chattanooga community.
Now in our 14th cohort, Project Inspire prepares residents to be ready from day one. In an apprenticeship under a mentor teacher, residents earn a teaching license, Master's degree, and stipend, with coaching and support along the way.
