As a College Advancement Mentor (CAM), Eva’s work involves supporting the College and Career Counselors and building relationships with the seniors at East Ridge High and The Howard School. This year’s relationship building is fundamental for bridging the seniors to their college of choice and supporting them as first-time, and for many, first generation college students.
As a Covenant College graduate,Eva has grown in her understanding of service to our community. She has several years of experience with Chattanooga youth. Before her work with PEF began, she worked with a local nonprofit, educational organization to support a cohort of at-risk students at The Howard School. The students at Howard are inspiring and sincere individuals and she truly enjoys continuing her work with them through PEF.
In her free time, she is either training for a race (she has a half marathon on the horizon), studying for her counseling degree, or spending time with friends!
