Leading and Learning

Great schools demand great leaders.  Our work trains educators in all phases of their careers, from the classroom to the principal’s office to the central office. School-based work, teacher quality and promoting leadership are the pillars on which our Leading and Learning initiatives are based.

School-Based

Through our work in the classroom, we are able to directly impact students in Hamilton County.  Our initiatives give each student access to quality teachers and leaders and, in particular, provide support for reading and writing.  Our ultimate goal is always the advancement of our students, and we’ve seen dramatic gains in academic achievement – but there’s work left to be done.
