As a partner with Hamilton County schools, PEF works for the improvement of every elementary school in the district, either through leadership training for principals and other school leaders, Networked Learning Communities, the Benwood Initiative, or other types of professional development for teachers and school administrators.  

Hamilton County's teachers and principals work hard to provide a good education for your children, and their participation in PEF programs is one indication of that dedication.
