PEF's mission is to challenge, support and improve Hamilton County Public Schools so all students succeed in learning and in life.

Our strategic plan has 4 goals:

  1. Sustain and expand whole school change: school-by-school transformation that creates excitement about learning and produces significant achievement gains for all students.
  2. Inspire and advance highly effective teaching, high standards, and instructional leadership.
  3. Increase community understanding of and support for great public schools.
  4. Enhance PEF’s capabilities and profile, locally and nationally, as a respected community institution dedicated to great public schools.

I can not say enough ...
... about all of the ways that PEF has enriched my own personal journey in the profession of education! The Leadership Fellows, Professional Development at our annual retreats, mentoring support and the Book Club have enabled me to share common ground with educators throughout the system. I am better as a result of that than I would have been without PEF.
